Sateesh's career graph began when he was just 16 years old. And he was already juggling both his studies and a part-time job dexterously. Sateesh began his career with Titan watches. A quick learner and hard worker, he then moved to Hewlett-Packard in the logistics division. His decade-long stint there proved to be a wonderful learning ground. While at HP, Sateesh honed his skills in project planning and implementation while working within rigid timelines and quality frameworks.

In 1998, Sateesh took his first step into realty which coincided with a flat realty market across India. Undeterred, it was Sateesh's acumen and perseverance which helped him complete and successfully deliver the project on time. Between 2000 and 2006, Hoysala worked on one project at a time, reinvesting profits and infusing additional capital into successive projects. During these years Hoysala's growth was organic.
